How the voucher works

  1. After payment, you will receive a gift card by email.

  2. The inserted code can be used when purchasing in our e-shop.

  3. If the order value exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference can be paid.

  4. If it is lower, the balance remains active.

  5. The voucher is valid for an unlimited period.
Shipping and delivery

Shipping is free for all orders.

You can choose delivery to the address via Balíkovna or pick up at the Zásilkovna or Balíkovna pick-up point .

Each piece of jewelry is gift-wrapped and shipped safely in an insured package.

Standard delivery time is 2-5 business days (for custom-made jewelry after production is complete).

Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange your purchased jewelry within 30 days of receipt, provided it has not been worn. We will cover the shipping costs.
