(hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions")

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between Clénot Boutique sro as the seller and customers when purchasing goods through the online store at www.clenotboutique.cz. (hereinafter referred to as the "web interface").


1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1.2. Buyer

The buyer is a natural or legal person who concludes a purchase contract with the seller via the web interface.

A consumer is a natural person who makes purchases outside the scope of a business. Entrepreneurs are not covered by full consumer protection.

The relationship between the buyer and the seller is governed by:

By submitting your order, you confirm that you have read the terms and conditions and agree to them.

1.5. Hallmarking

The seller is registered with the Assay Office. Jewelry required by law is marked with a state hallmark and the seller's responsibility mark. Information and an overview of hallmarks are provided on the Certificate & hallmarks page.


2. CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE CONTRACT

2.1. The presentation of goods on the web interface is informative and is not a proposal to conclude a contract.

2.2. The buyer places an order by filling out and submitting the order form. Before submitting, he has the opportunity to check and edit his data.

2.3. After sending the order, the buyer will receive an e-mail with confirmation of its receipt. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer.

2.4. The contract is concluded upon delivery of the order confirmation by the seller or upon receipt of the goods by the buyer.

2.5. The Seller may verify the order before confirmation or reject it for reasons such as: unavailability of goods, obvious error in the price, suspicion of error or misuse of data.


3. PRICE OF GOODS

3.1. All prices listed on the web interface are in CZK and are final. The Seller is not a VAT payer.

3.2. Shipping within the Czech Republic is free for all orders.
We will inform the buyer individually of the costs of shipping abroad before confirming the order.

3.3. The Seller reserves the right to change prices. For a specific purchase, the price valid at the time of sending the order by the Buyer is decisive.

3.4. In the event of an obvious error in the price (for example, missing digits, incorrectly stated currency unit or a price that clearly does not correspond to the value of the jewelry), the Seller is not obliged to deliver the goods at the incorrect price. The Seller shall inform the Buyer of the correct price; in such a case, the Buyer has the right to accept the new price or cancel the order.


4. PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. The purchase price can be paid:

  • online payment card,

  • by bank transfer to the seller's account 8943928003/5500 held at Raiffeisenbank as (IBAN CZ3755000000008943928003) ,

  • cash on delivery upon receipt.

4.2. When paying by bank transfer, the price is due within 5 business days. If payment is not made on time, the order may be cancelled.

4.3. The Seller may request payment in advance or a deposit for custom or higher value orders.

4.4. The invoice is issued electronically and sent to the buyer by e-mail.


5. DELIVERY TERMS

5.1. Delivery methods:

  • Mail order office – pick-up points / Z-BOX (up to order value of CZK 20,000),

  • Balíkovna Plus - delivery to the address,

  • or individual delivery abroad by prior arrangement.

5.2. Limit for the Mail Order Office:
Shipments via Zásilkovna can be used for orders up to CZK 20,000. For security reasons, jewelry above this value is delivered via Balíkovna.

5.3. For jewelry in stock, orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days. The total delivery time is usually 2-5 business days.

5.4. For jewelry made to order, the delivery time is usually 2–3 weeks.

5.5. The shipping period begins to run:

  • for card payments immediately after successful authorization,

  • for transfers after the amount has been credited,

  • for cash on delivery after order confirmation.

5.6. The buyer is obliged to check the packaging of the shipment upon receipt of the goods. If the shipment is damaged, we recommend not accepting it and writing a damage report with the carrier.

5.7. The risk of damage passes to the buyer upon receipt of the goods from the carrier.


6. GIFT VOUCHERS

6.1. The Seller offers electronic gift vouchers that can be used to purchase goods in the e-shop.

6.2. The balance on the voucher can be used repeatedly until it is exhausted. The voucher functions as an electronic wallet and is displayed in the basket.

6.3. Gift vouchers have no expiration date and their balance is not subject to forfeiture.

6.4. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash. If the purchase value is less than the balance, the difference remains for further use.

6.5. The consumer may withdraw from the contract for the purchase of a voucher within 14 days of its purchase, if the voucher has not yet been redeemed. After the voucher has been redeemed (in whole or in part), the right of withdrawal expires.

6.6. When returning goods paid for with a gift voucher, the corresponding amount is refunded in the form of a gift voucher/restored balance, not in cash.


7. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT (RETURN OF GOODS)

7.1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

7.2. The seller provides a superior option to return or exchange unworn jewelry within the period 30 days, according to the conditions stated on the Returns & Exchanges page.

7.3. Withdrawal procedure

The primary tool is an automated returns process after logging into the customer account, where the buyer selects the items to return.
If the buyer does not have an account or cannot use the process, he can send the withdrawal by e-mail to info@clenotboutique.cz .

7.4. Deadline for sending goods

The buyer is obliged to send the goods back no later than 14 days after withdrawal.

The goods must be:

  • undamaged and unworn,

  • in the original packaging,

  • including certificate of authenticity and accessories,

  • If gifts were included in the purchase, the buyer is obliged to return them as well.

7.5. Condition of returned goods and reduction of the refund amount

The buyer is liable for any reduction in the value of the goods that occurs as a result of handling the goods in a manner other than that necessary to become familiar with the nature and properties of the goods (for example, by wearing them beyond the scope of normal testing).

If the returned goods are damaged, dirty, visibly worn, incomplete, without gifts or accessories, or if the original box or certificate of authenticity has been damaged, the seller is entitled to reasonably reduce the amount of the returned purchase price by the costs necessary to restore the goods to their original condition or by the value of the missing parts.

7.6. Costs of returning goods

  • Return is free of charge if the buyer uses the return code or label provided by us.

  • The buyer can also choose another shipping method at his own expense.

7.7. Refunds

After receiving and checking the returned goods, the seller will refund the purchase price in the same way it was received, unless the parties agree otherwise.

7.8. Exceptions

You cannot withdraw from the contract:

  • for custom-made jewelry,

  • for jewelry that has been customized according to the customer's wishes (e.g. engraving, special size, design changes),

  • for gift vouchers, if they have already been fully or partially applied.


8. RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE (COMPLAINT)

8.1. Rights arising from defective performance are governed by the Civil Code.

9. FURTHER INFORMATION FOR CONSUMERS

9.1. The Seller is authorized to sell goods on the basis of a trade license.

9.2. Control over compliance with the Consumer Protection Act is carried out by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (CTI) ,
www.coi.cz .

9.3. Control over compliance with the Act on Hallmarking is carried out by the Hallmarking Office ( www.puncovniurad.cz ).

9.4. The buyer can send any complaints to info@clenotboutique.cz The seller always strives for an out-of-court, quick and fair solution.


10. REGISTRATION AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

10.1. The Buyer may create a user account. He is obliged to protect the access data.

10.2. The Seller may cancel the account if there is a violation of these terms and conditions or legal regulations.


11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The content of the e-shop is protected by copyright. Any copying, distribution or commercial use without the consent of the seller is not permitted.


12. OUT-OF-COURT DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1. If the dispute does not arise in another way, the consumer may contact:

13. FINAL PROVISIONS

13.1. The seller may change the wording of the terms and conditions. For a specific purchase, the binding wording is effective at the time the order is sent.

13.2. These terms and conditions come into effect on December 10, 2025.
